Product Warranty

Products are covered for 12 months from the date of consumer purchase against breakage or stone loss due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects, or materials.

Products must be cleaned and inspected every 3 months.

If requested, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide proof of purchase and required inspections.

This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, abuse, or accidents resulting in damage to the mounting, damage or loss of the stones, or as a result of any alterations of any kind made to the mounting.

Any variations of this policy will be in writing.
